Last week I was contacted by Erin Lang who writes a Before and After column at Studio G, a garden design and inspiration site. Erin had been alerted to my patio transformation by Laurrie of My Weeds Are Very Sorry and wanted my permission to feature it in her column. Here is the link to Erin's article at Studio G.
Laurrie's blog was the first CT blog I discovered and now follow religiously and enjoy tremendously. I'm fairly new to the blogging world and have been so impressed by the legions of knowledgeable and talented people out there who generously share rich glimpses of their worlds,
Thank you Erin (and Laurrie)!
Sue~
Good on you, Sue. And on Laurrie for sharing your transformation. Your creative talents inspire.
ReplyDeleteI'm absolutely thrilled for you! How great to be recognized! You most certainly deserve the recognition - your patio is AMAZING!
ReplyDeleteI'm also new to blogging...in fact, we both started our blogs just days apart! So I know how satisfying it is to receive recognition of any kind. I'm thankful for each and every comment I get. (Still can't believe that people actually "read" me!)
Congratulations!
Every day I discover interesting new blogs. My regret is I just don't have time to follow them all so I have to pick and choose but it's not easy. I enjoy your travels so keep up the good work!
DeleteYour garden rocks Sue, and you deserve every kudo you get- Garden On !!
ReplyDeleteNice to get a garden nod from out of the blue! Well deserved Sue. The glass of white looks mighty fine as well.
ReplyDeleteA glass of wine solves everything, Marie :).
DeleteI think Studio G has a pretty wide audience, so your garden may become famous --- and deservedly so!
ReplyDeleteThanks Laurrie. I linked back to them on Facebook so hopefully they got some added exposure from that as well.
DeleteCongratulations Sue! that's fantastic!
ReplyDeleteHooray for you and your gorgeous garden! Isn't blogging fun? Congratulations!
ReplyDeleteFun but time consuming. The challenge is going to be finding topics through the winter that won't make people's eyes glaze over :).
DeleteCongratulations on your newfound but well-deserved fame.
ReplyDeleteI completely missed the transformation post so am just seeing that for the first time. Simply amazing transformation. Congrats, Sue! So glad you took all those before/after photos.
ReplyDeleteI guess I've always been visual, The pictures are old but I've got one of every room of my house taken before I moved in and just about every garden area before it was a garden. They're definitely fun to have.
