They seem to bloom longer in more shade sites. If I'm up to speed with the dead heading I usually get some sporadic rebloom.

Bloom Day was fun to document. I plan to start earlier next month so I don't feel like I'm throwing it all together at the last minute.Suehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13911109672807196057noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-503500621849621556.post-55168017705565684442012-06-16T17:31:42.708-04:002012-06-16T17:31:42.708-04:00How I love those Indian Pinks. I saw a beautiful natural stand of them in shady woods at the NE Wildflower Society's garden in Framingham yesterday. Sigh. At least I can ogle yours.

I waited five years for my little dwarf aruncus aethusifolius to do anything, and finally they are impressing me. Yours looks great too, with its lacy leaves and fuzzy flowers. I am also growing the dioicus, the large one, and it also appears to be a slow, slow grower.

Happy bloom day. You have some delights there and I enjoy seeing what's up.Laurriehttp://laurries.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-503500621849621556.post-34811948625769128572012-06-16T09:35:28.233-04:002012-06-16T09:35:28.233-04:00Just do it, Marie! :)Just do it, Marie! :)Suehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13911109672807196057noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-503500621849621556.post-52808554522523574502012-06-16T09:34:20.948-04:002012-06-16T09:34:20.948-04:00Kathy, what I like about the Bloom Day and about b...Kathy, what I like about the Bloom Day and about blogging in general is it's forcing me to spend time smelling the flowers, so to speak. Not just in the garden, but everywhere. I had alot more I wanted to include but was unable to get decent pictures and just ran out of time. Maybe next month.Suehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13911109672807196057noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-503500621849621556.post-39452409793404041262012-06-16T09:06:42.214-04:002012-06-16T09:06:42.214-04:00Syneilesis has been a great plant in my garden, De...Syneilesis has been a great plant in my garden, Denise.
